4. Rights of the Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of PDPL (the “Law”) Sapphire Skydeck will respond

to the following requests from related parties:

1. a) To inquire whether Sapphire Skydeck processes personal data concerning them and the specific personal data it processes,
2. b) To receive information regarding the purposes of the data processing activity,
3. c) To know the third parties, both in the country and abroad, to whom Sapphire Skydeck has transferred their personal data,

5. e) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the Law,
6. f) In case of a request for correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data, to request the notification of the actions taken to the third parties to whom the personal data has been disclosed,
